Where do I find my tracking number?

It's in your shipping confirmation email, which we send as soon as your order leaves us.

Shipping to the US?

Once your parcel arrives in the US, it's handed over for final delivery. Tracking can pause for a few days at that step. That's normal, and it will start updating again soon.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 7–10 working days after dispatch.
