Refund policy

We want you to love your GloveTray. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because each GloveTray is 3D-printed to order, returned items should be in usable condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.
